I'm keeping the graphics card. + I also forgot to mention my budget is around 200 pounds.

You shouldn't buy a 40gb ssd, windows will use almost all of it. Get a 1tb hdd and upgrade with an ssd as soon as you have the money. Also, why do you have a dual single-core xeon computer?
