She is after a easy to use camera with WiFi or some way of transferring her photos straight to her iPhone 5. (cough!! crap phone) Budget is about $500 AUD

 Hello all!!

 

I need help choosing a digital compact camera for a friend. She is travelling overseas, so she wants something small and light weight. Brands and models that we are looking at the moment are - the Nikon 1 range and the Canon Powershot Sx700hs. If anyone has the time to please help me out with any recommendations (please let me know why you recommend it) it would be most appreciated. Thank you

I don't know if you would be open to considering a DSLR, then I would get a Canon 100D(SL1 in America) with the kit 18-55 lens. It's light, and small. I shoot with it every day and it is great.
