Just remember that anything that is free comes with risks.  What guarantee do you have that your passwords won't be stolen?

Desktop: Intel Core i7-6700K, ASUS Z170-A, ASUS STRIX GTX 1080 Ti, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 512 GB Samsund 840 Pro, Seasonic X series 650W PSU, Fractal Design Define R4, 2x5TB HDD

I think KeePass2 does all that you are asking. 

 

There is defo free android apps, I've just never looked into a chrome plugin.

 

I'll give that a look, thanks.

Why don't you try using this?

 

Because I have about 50 passwords I need to remember, some of which are random and it's not very safe to use the same one for everything.

I do as well, and my passwords are always a 10 character or more random string of numbers and letters.
