I think KeePass2 does all that you are asking. 

 

There is defo free android apps, I've just never looked into a chrome plugin.

Why don't you try using this?

 

Because I have about 50 passwords I need to remember, some of which are random and it's not very safe to use the same one for everything.

I do as well, and my passwords are always a 10 character or more random string of numbers and letters.
