AV to PVI Express

I want to use my NES Console to my computer. I just want to display it I have the controllers hooked into it. I would like to have the AV cables (yellow, white, and red cables) go into the back of the computer and have it go through a PCI Express or PCI card. If you need any other information to continue helping me just ask. Thanks for any help!

If I get a capture card that accepts composite how would I view it on the screen because its a capture card.
