Computer Randomly Shut Off

Ok, I was playing PlanetSide 2 and randomly my computer shut off. Power didn't flicker or anything it just shut off. This happened to me during Easter as well, and another time before that. Its just weird how it just turned off completely out of the bloom. Any suggestions of stuff I should look into, doesn't look to be a frequent problem but has appeared over the past several months. PC Specs down below. Thanks for any input in advance :)

Specs:  CPU- AMD FX 8320 @ 3.5Ghz Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 GPU -EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked  RAM- 16GB 1600MHz (4x4)  HD- Western Digital Blue Hard Drive 1TB  PSU - Corsair CX 750M Case: Corsair 300R OS-  Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit Mouse: Razer Deathadder 2013 Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Edition 2013

Usually it's a bad quality PSU but I see you have a good one already. I don't know what else could causing this...
