You know there are many PC build guides here but you still made a new post :P However since we are an awesome community we are going to help you anyway haha.

In my opinion you should wait for the new intel CPU's and see if you like any of them. 4770K is a nice option at this moment.
For the gpus i would suggest the R9 290 http://www.chiptec.net/componentes-para-computadores/placas-graficas/placas-graficas-pci-e/asus-radeon-r9-290-directcu-ii-oc-4gb-ddr5-pci-e.html

Get a nice PSU from corsair, coolermaste, bequiet etc and you are good to go.
I guess mobos/ RAM is a personal opinion so i can't suggest you any of them.
Also i am not the best person to ask for monitors so i am done here hehe :P

Oh... You don't like AMD in general? I get why you wouldn't like AMD for CPU's but their GPU's are awesome! Then go with GTX780, but seriously keep in mind that the R9 290 is a great card too! Performs almost the same and costs significantly lower IMO. Don't be a hater.

:\ any one ??

Look, if we build a system, it's going to be a PC that WE like. If you want a PC that YOU will like then make some research, make some decisions about the PC, pick some parts and then, if you have problem choosing between 3-5 parts, we can help you decide. If you don't know at all what you should choose, then i guess you don't really care... If you just want to play at ultra/high setting, just buy a GTX780ti, FX-8350, 8GB RAM, a cheap MOBO AM3+ chipset, corsair RM750 PSU, a 1TB HDD and 250GB SSD.

Add an aftermarket cooler like this: http://www.pcdiga.com/2/9687/Cooler-CPU-Thermalright-Silver-Arrow-SB-E-SE?pagina=5

and you will be just fine. All these will cost about 1200 euros.

Oh and here's a monitor:  http://www.chiptec.net/perifericos-externos/monitor/monitores/benq-3d-ready-led-xl2420t-1ms-144hz.html

If you don't give me a reason you don't like AMD CPUS & GPUS i have to do this suggestion. I can't recommend you any i5/i7 and not the FX8350 if you want it for gaming... there's no reason to pay extra.
