Output Switcher

Basically, I like to hook my desktop with my TV sometimes, but when I do, it means stumbling around trying to unplug and plug back in HDMI's, so ideally i'd use a HDMI output splitter... the only trouble is, all I can find is a input splitter... Any recommendations on an output splitter? Be great if it had an IR remote too....

Thanks

EG: 3 sending devices => 1 monitor

He looks for 1 sending device ==> Multiple different monitors (TV, Desk monitor, Beamer etc)
