VISA Card Help

              Hey guys, so today I bought a visa gift card hoping I would be able to buy some games on the PlayStation Store for my PS4, when I entered in the information it didn't work. I have heard that you need to assign a name and address so it's on file when they look for it or something. Do you guys know how to do that? I also went to the VISA Vanilla Gift Card store online but didn't have much luck..

Call them, a CS rep should be able to manually add a name and address.

There should be a number on the back of the card. 

 

If all else fails, buy a gift card from another retailer.

I believe there is some sort of activation process with certain VISA Gift Cards, and a fee associated with the activation process.

 

I could be wrong, though. Did the card come with any instructions?

Apparently there's no way to add a name or address to the card oh well. Thanks though =)
