This. It's the only change I'd make.

The reason it's usually this:

Front - Intake

Bottom - Intake

Back - Exhaust

Top - Exhaust 

Sides - Intake

Is because that makes the most sense considering how heat acts in a liquid (air is a liquid). It rises. The reason it's front to back is because all the heat generating things (mostly) are in the back. PSU's push air backwards and you can't change those without removing the PSU or flipping it over (bottom mounted only though) for intake.

Basically, it is how most case designers already build into the case, so it's easiest to "go with the flow" (pun intended).

If you can fit a fan intaking on the bottom while you have the radiator like in the last pic I would do that otherwise id be tempted to have it like the bottom picture.

I'll see if I can mount a fan how minicale, described.

but i think it wont fit, unless i tilt it a little bit.
