Error 0xa000001

Since i got a new graphic card i get this error: 0xa0000001

 

I dont know what to do about it. 

 

I got Windows 8 and Sapphire HD 7950 with 3 GB boost. 

 

Already tried Benmarking, checked my memory cards, and updated my drivers to 14.4 with DirectX11. Also did a troubleshooting and rated my pc, the lowest score was a 5.9 for primary HArd disk

 

Everytime i try to watch a video or play a game my pc gets wierd dots and crashes after that with the 0xa000001 error.

@Methanis : i think the best you could do is give the dump file to someone on here. (i myself don't know enough about this)

now id usually tell you,meh PSU not enough probably but weird dots sounds lke gfx card artifacts to me...try running it in your friends system (if you have) and test if they get the same result,if it runs on their machine your PSU is faulty or whatever,if it doesnt run you gpu is faulty.

 

be sure that he has more than 300 watts tho D:

were you even able to connect it properly on a 300W PSU? both 6pin connectors?

 

also even if you have, your psu is probably not giving it enough juice when it needs it, so it BSODs with this vague code.

 

TLDR

get a better psu. atleast a value oriented 600W unit (bronze atleast and from the likes of seasonic/corsair/evga)
