Nothing works

Replaced gpu. Monitor doesn’t recognize and power goes on, all fans work, keyboard doesn’t light up (so I guess it isn’t even booting properly). Reseat gpu five times. Nope. Reseat ram twice. Nope. Try every combination of plugging in the DisplayPort. Nope. Reseat old gpu thrice. Nope. Try every DP combination twice again. Nope. Literally what can I even do now except throw out the damn motherboard
