A disk read error occurred

So i havent turned on my computer in about 3 weeks because i had studies to do and games had to take a back seat.

But now i want to play mah games and i turn on my computer and the message A disk read error occured. It tells me to press Control+Alt+Delete

So i do as asked and press the 3 keys but when it reboots the same message occur. So i keep doing it for about 40 mins and nothing new happens

Any help?
