Recently Ive noticed that everytime I tried opening a specific website or to be specific "Roblox" it wouldnt let me load in and would just end up being at the grey saying to check my proxys etc. Ive done that and nothing has changed. Same thing goes for the app itself, even by trying to open the app it would eventually say to try again. The only way for me to solve this would be by using a VPN. Other websites such as youtube work perfectly fine. Plus this has been happening for the past week and due to that I have to consistently keep a VPN on. Do you think this is something that has to do with my computer itself or the internet/internet provider itself?

Given that a VPN "fixes" it, (you do mean you've checked and found it to work, right?)

Your ISP is blocking it, as a customer-choosable setting or out of error,

Or Your ISP is routing very badly,

Or Your router parental controls are blocking it

Three most likely.

Internet type? Fiber/cable, LTE/5G+? Fixed wireless (WiFi between points)?

Some wireless providers use CGNAT which does cause havoc with various gaming services. In a CGNAT situation, you don't have your own IP address. You are on a shared network with other people that use the same IP address coming from the wireless tower.

I come factory equipped with a BS meter and a short fuse. If I don't respond to you, you probably tripped it.

That's not what I am referring to. What does your Internet provider use to connect you to the Internet?
