MoBo suggestions please

I am planning on building a computer within the month and cannot decide on a mother board to use. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/R6McRB I want to overclock the build and don't know what mother board to use. I have enough money in my budget for $150-200, I don't know much about motherboards but I have heard gigabyte and asus are good to use. Also if anyone wants to make suggestions on my build I am more than open to suggestions.

also as a suggestion dont get xfxs cooler its not the best get something like a windforce it will keep the vram cooler

XFX's cooler isn't really any good, it's loud and [relatively] hot, get the TF4 or Windforce or DCII or something better.
