LAN drivers not working?

So after all of this time with all the other problems with this. I finally tried to install the lan drivers for my rog ranger vii but when installing it comes up with an error message saying "Cannot install drivers. No Intel® adapters are present in this computer" Can anyone help me please? This upgrade journey hasn't been as fun as I thought :/
