i am a little over my budget, i am planning to get some parts like the gpu second hand . I wanna play black ops 7 at atleast 240 fps on wuxga resolution. I am planning to upgrade from my ryzen 7 5800x + rtx 3080 pc build to this sfx build

any particular reason why you want to go ITX ?
there are fewer available parts compared to mATX/ATX and they are also more expensive .
also putting rtx 5070ti and core 7 265K into a ITX case is not the best idea either .

Well, i have multiple homes in different countries, so it would be nice to have one itx pc and just take it with me
