Kernel 141 errors are caused by GPU drivers, overheating, or highly unlikely, but still possible possible, memory issues.

The first thing to do is  clean your computer and make sure all the fans are running properly.

Then update your GPU driver - the most likely problem and if you still have problems repast your GPU.

Also running Memtest is a good idea, I run it on every new computer so that I have a baseline to compare to if I have problems later.

I run every test that I can on a new computer and record the results for later use when necessary..

I checked the gpu on hwinfo and its not overheating at 99% it only hit 68 degrees Ill try the driver but Im already up to date and recently reinstalled the drivers entirely a day ago but Ill try memtest
