I've never used warby parker, but I know people who have and they do not have any complaints. WP has tons of frame options and generally reasonable pricing.

I recommend Costco optical if you have a membership. I just picked up 3 pairs last week and they're all excellent.

Walmart Optical

I usually get my eye exams from Walmart, but have never gotten glasses there. You might go back and talk to them though, maybe they messed up your prescription. Never know...

Never used Warby Parker. I've used Zenni Optical since 2012 though. Order my glasses, sunglasses, and safety glasses through there. My son get's his glasses through there too. Never had any issues.
