Thermalright makes cheap good ones

Personally, I have a Phantom Spirit 120 EVO for my 2nd PC.

You can move the front fan upwards so that there's more room for tall ram.

Like this :

For both tall and short ram, if you use both fans, the front fan will hang above your ram

Honestly, if lighting aesthetics matters, I would try using just the middle fan and see if temp is good enough.

If it isn't then slap on the front fan, OR try putting the front fan to the back of the cooler. Should be easy enough to do

This is my 2nd pc (5600x, B550M Mortar), using just the middle fan on the Phantom 120 EVO

============

If you want a cpu cooler that doesnt hang above your ram at all, all I can think of right now is maybe, MAYBE, Deepcool Assassin IV, but yeah, availability in US might be troublesome due to embargo, and this cooler uses proprietary sized and shaped fan for the middle fan, so if the middle fan breaks it's gonna be near impossible to find a 100% suitable fan.

It's the internet, best to just mark them as imbeciles, move on.

Cool, Arctic P12 PWM PST is a good cheap fan.

There's P12 PRO that boasts higher RPM, airflow, and pressure, but the blades is kinda very close to the surface so in some situation it might hit the surface it's sitting on.
