I would go with the scout 2 hands down.

 

Coolermaster has a pretty good track record for cable management. Their toolless installation systems are great and frankly it just looks better.

But that last bit is 100% subjective.

I'd say the CM Scout II.

+1 on the CM Scout 2. Linus is using this case for his intel build guide and it looks awesome in the dark with the white led lighting.
