Hi there my name is Daniel Lye 31 yrs old and i'm from Singapore,My colleague from work told me to check out this forum before i started anything.

 

I'm learning to build a gaming pc is there anything i should know before buying the parts and trying to start a build?

 

My budget is around SGD$1000 -SGD$1100.

i have a Win 7 OS disc as for my screen its a AOC 32 inch 1080p screen i think

Well due to tax and other similar problem you might need to drop the SSD, or I'd suggest buying the SSD first and wait for your next paycheck to buy the HDD.

In Singapore I think the prices here is quite expensive an Asus 770 2gb cost 560 sgd. You can see the price list here in Singapore www.Fuwell.com.sg as reference. Some shop sells it a bit cheaper some a bit expensive but it's around that range.
