chrome issue

hi everyone, i was looking into change firefox for chrome, i first created a profile with my google mail but as soon as i open with my user a tab opens into this malware thing named snapdoo or something like that, i dont have any extentions, its a fresh install of windows and chrome, i dont know what else to do

If yuo mean Snapdo its an, usually wanted, extension relatively common for Chrome users. Good instructions for removal can better be found at robots.net/software-and-applications/browsers-and-extensions/how-to-remove-snap-do-from-google-chrome/.

I apologize for referring to another site for instructions, but I'm about to be on the way to the hospital.

i tried everything above in that article, nothing works but i found that it only happens when i load my main google profile, my other 2 accounts and even my wife account wont trigger that snap.do new tab, how is this possible? it is something within my google account?

You should try another computer to confirm or rule that out. Also check your browser extensions. You may to temporarily disable all of them, even ones you don't suspect.

somehow my account will add this http set to open a new tab on launch, even when i installed in a diffrent computer, beats me how that work.

If you're certain there aren't any extensions enabled, your best would be to skim through your installed program list and check if there are any Potentially Unwanted Programs installed. Often times, PUPs will present as "PC Boosters", "Driver updaters", "Disk Cleaners", that sorta thing.

 

These are designed to present as ordinary software but in the background hijack your system and make changes (such as messing with your browser settings). 

 

Also, if you haven't already, I'd highly suggest downloading Malwarebytes and running a full virus scan on your system.

Why would anybody change from Firefox to chrome at this point, maybe you are asking the wrong question? What is wrong with Firefox? You don't feel watched by a corporation?
