GPU Randomly crashes

I’ve been having this issue for a couple of months now and have been putting up with it. While I’m watching YouTube or playing a game, my screen will randomly freeze, the application crashes, and I get an AMD pop-up saying the driver has crashed. This only started after I updated to Windows 11.

My GPU drivers are fully up to date. I have also tried rolling back to older drivers, but the issue still occurs. Windows itself is fully up to date as well and tried windows reinstall keep files.
I get these errors I some time get when battlefield crashes.

• GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT

• Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700KF @ 3.60 GHz

• Installed RAM: 80.0 GB (79.9 GB usable)

• System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

• Pen and touch: Touch support with 2 touch points

Try using the DDU tool, read the "how to" before, and see if it makes any difference.
