I've been wanting to get this old Fujitsu Systems Scaleop system working to use as a NAS/Media server. It's got one of those weird intel quad duos which is just two core duos shoved together. As well as a GT9600 Nvidia GPU and 4GB DDR2 800Mhz RAM. Its got an old MSI Motherboard as well. And if i were to have guess this a 2007/8 era machine and came with Windows Vista.

When trying to get into a flash drive to install a new OS, i had some issues and then it was struggling to boot (I believe this is caused by the power button being a little damaged or something) and i was stuck at this point until recently where ive just been using the PSU switch to turn it on and off. I can get to the splash screen and sometimes it posts to the America Megatrends screen but cannot get back into the BIOS or boot menu. The reason i think this is happening is because i reset the BIOS to try get it to boot which as a result reset the setting for USB Keynoards to work. I do not have any PS/2 Keyboards, all i have is usb keyboards and a usb to ps/2 adapter, its got the colour for the Mouse PS/2 port instead of keyboard but im not sure if this acctually matters. Is there anyway i can get in to the bios without buying a PS/2 Keyboard?

All suggestions are appreciated.

If it doesn't have the capability or drivers to do USB peripherals in the state that it is in, no, not easily. You can, manually load drivers into it's currently installed OS by plugging the boot drive into a secondary computer. If it doesn't even have a bootable OS on it and it's a bios related feature, you would have to update the bios to a newer version that has USB devices enabled by default or change that setting both of those options require a PS2 mouse or keyboard to select options in the bios. PS2 mice and keyboards are fairly inexpensive. Hell computer shops in your area as long as there are some may even have a set you can borrow, have for free, or take off of their hands for cheap.
