While playing Tourist Bus Simulator, pressing WASD sometimes causes the screen to briefly turn black or become covered, similar to skipping a cutscene, even though this happens while actively driving and no cutscene is being skipped. I found that the issue only occurs when Vietnamese input software (EVKey) is enabled, and it disappears immediately when switching the keyboard to English (ENG) or disabling EVKey. This appears to be an input-level conflict between EVKey’s keyboard hook and the game’s DirectX input system rather than a graphics bug. Could this kind of software/input issue cause any GPU damage, or is it strictly a non-hardware problem?

Whether it's a software bug or a game bug I am convinced that you are almost certainly fine. The GPU is just displaying what it has been asked to, the only issue is that your system is somehow telling it to display something weird.
