Black screen

When i start my pc i get a blackscreen with a white line at the top left. After that i pull out the graphic Card and the RAM Cards and wait a Little Bit. Most of the Everything works again and i no longer have a blackscreen. Does Anyone know what the Problem is?

Could it be a monitor issue? Have you tried other monitors/TV's? Have you tried different cables or ports in the GPU?
