I have a AMD PC and using a TPM chip instead of ftpm I am having issues with my TPM chip so disabled TPM 2.0 chip and enabled ftpm but both the chip and ftpm are having issues saying Secure Boot certificates have been updated but are not yet applied to the device firmware. Review the published guidance to complete the update and ensure full protection. Event viewer ID Source TPM-WMI Event ID 1801.

So I loaded trusted platform module (TPM) Management on local computer clicked clear tpm here are the messages I am receiving in event viewer.

Pre-attestation health checks confirm a critical component has failed, and the device is not expected to pass attestation. Source TPM-WMI Event ID 1040.

How can I get rid of this message please I have updated chip set drivers I also updated the BIOS to the latest version not sure what to do now.
