After closing Discord (I think) froze my entire PC, I tried to shut it down with the power button, but it didn't respond, so I turned off my PSU.

He hasn't posted since. Specs attached. The PSU lights are yellow and red. At first, the CPU fans wouldn't even spin, but after a BIOS flashback and CMOS reset, they did. I've removed the GPU for now.
When I turn the computer off with the power button, the RGB display on the motherboard stays on.
So, it doesn't check the RAM. I've also reset the CPU and checked the cables. I can only turn it off with the power button by holding it down for a while.
Any ideas?

That's a tough one.

If the CPU and memory fault LEDs are on there isn't much you can do. You can try booting with only one memory stick (make sure to try both and use different slots) but other than that it sounds like something seriously broke.

It seems you still have warranty so I would suggest to contact the seller and ask them for advice. If playing around with the memory doesn't help it's either the board or the CPU. CPU would be easier to swap, so I would also the seller if they can test your CPU if you send it back.
