Only 50% Memory Usage

I recently installed more RAM to see if it would help with a project I'm doing in Blender, 32 GB to 64 GB (https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr5/CP2K16G56C46U5). With my original 32 GB my usage was maxing out, now it hits ~50% and then seems to throttle itself. I've tried a lot of things to try and help the situation (see attached photos) including a CMOS reset and a BIOS update. Can anyone give some insight on whether there's something I can do? Thanks.

Unfortunately it looks like it was already set to unlimited. I would've never thought that could've been an issue, though, so thanks anyway.
