Need help for H100i

Hi, So basically I'm a student and I'd be building my first computer for myself. Anyways, I just wanted to know that if the Corsair H100i is compatible with the Cooler Master Storm Trooper (Side Panel Version). I don't really know that much about installing a liquid cooler as this would be my first build ever.

I have one in my 350D which i think its a little smaller than your case.

heres some photos of them in your case which is what gives me the impression its fine.
