gpu Problems with the B580

I recently bought a B580, and installed it in my PC, however, it would not boot, after some troubleshooting, and switching to a CPU with an iGPU just to get into BIOS/Windows to see what was going on, I got the following error messages, and even artifacts after trying to install the drivers. Any thoughts as to what could be causing this?

A faulty card. 

 

Still, have to do the normal troubleshooting steps starting with DDU.

yeah i tried DDU, the card was broken all the same, guessing i have to return it?

There is of course fully reinstalling Windows, reseating the card, trying a different slot (for troubleshooting purposes), trying the card in another PC, CMOS resets, BIOS updates.. these are all more involved so it'll be up to you how much you're willing to do.

well, i have the latest BIOS, reset the cmos, reseated, windows reset is off the table tho, was hoping there was something about intel cards i didnt know, the more i read the more it sounds like a bad part

Nothing thats just going to prevent the card from functioning normally on a basic level. Even with ReBAR off nothing like that should be happening.
