What are system specs? You need rebar for Arc to work properly (Intel advises 10th gen or later).

9060 XT 8GB is around ~20% faster, VRAM aside.

I need for productivity like after effects and animation I do a little editing I have not yet build a pc an this would my motherboard can you check if I can buy this

The board you mentioned is fine, but if possible, look for a B850 board, ideally with PCI-E 5.0 graphics and 3x M.2 slots.

Yes I tried looking for it but their expensive side right now and the graphics card is out of stock do you know any graphics card similar to this

Sure, I guess? 'Good' is subjective. What features do you need/want from the board? (M.2, SATA, LAN, sound, USB, etc..)

You should buy a motherboard based on those.

6700 XT is maybe the closest equivalent. There's a chart here in TPU's GPU database, but note that I believe it doesn't take into account VRM, ray tracing or upscaling:

A review:

Since you mainly referenced productivity, I don't know if an AMD card would be appealing to you, or if you need 12GB of VRAM. If you prefer nvidia and want 12GB, then a 3060 12GB is an option, if you can find one. They're slower than the B580, but gaming performance isn't necessarily equivalent to productivity performance.
