Any other opinions?

What's the rest of the build?

I think the be quiet is the better rated of them.

all but the rme cause only 7y warranty and tends to be overpriced

montech century ii 850w is worth checking out if available since its usually good value and 10y warranty, even rated tier A- on the spl tierlist if you wanna argue semantics

I believe the 12 is not modular (12 M is), but it does have a 10 year warranty, whereas the RMe is 7.

Personally, I'd pay a bit more for a higher tier PSU, but you could do worse.

How higher tier and which exactly?

Not sure yet, I am thinking about Ryzen 7 or 9, but with iGPU for now.

There's one here on the forums, but SPL's PSU tier list is also updated frequently.

The be quiet isn't a bad PSU and the warranty is long, but component choice could be better.

I am not so fond of the Teapo SC caps that the Pure Power 12 M 850 primarily uses on its secondary side. Although they might be able to live the extended warranty, even under not optimal conditions, the fact is that most users (and reviewers) are educated that Japanese caps are way better and preferred for increased reliability. I cannot perform an extended torture test, having several PSUs running for years under load, to determine whether lower-spec caps can also run for prolonged periods. However, I can safely tell you this: even if some lower-end caps survive for long, a higher quality cap will still age later, meaning it will keep its performance at the same high levels for a way larger period than a lower-spec cap. So we should not only see whether a cap will outlive the provided warranty but also check the performance loss due to the cap’s aging. As expected, quality caps will age much slower, so the performance impact will be lower. Is this enough to pay more? This depends on your wallet and what you want to use the PSU for. I prefer to pay more and get higher quality parts, especially caps, in my PSU rather than cheap out and lose performance in the long run.

The RMe, again, not a bad PSU, but a lesser warranty (should be 10 on a gold PSU) and even though component choice is reasonable, it is not top notch. Anecdotal reports (referenced in SPL's tier list) suggest that the reliability of newer RMe PSUs hasn't been up to Corsair's usual good standard.

As to which other PSU, I don't know the prices in your region or your budget, so that is hard to say. The RMe and be quiet PSU are usually a bit cheaper than other gold PSUs (same as MSI's GL and Corsair's Core GX). If you can afford to spend more than these units, then there are less compromises on warranty length and components.

What do you suggest for less compromises on warranty length and components?

The PP12M is indeed competent, and a better choice over your typical MSI MAG A-GL which is a cost-cut version of the CWT GPX platform or Seasonic Core GX, which are typically cost-cut versions of the Focus series.

Do note that you may be getting it confused with the modular PP12M, as there is, indeed, a non-modular version Pure Power 12 that testcy mentioned. There's some differences over the PP12M (namely, OEM/platform), as well as being slightly worse in terms of quality too. There's been decent testing done, but it isn't as in-depth as something like say HWBusters/Cybenetics levels. For sanity purposes, I'd take the RMe, as it's the best reviewed unit there.

I don't need a 850W PSU, but at a higher price, I could also buy Corsair RM850X. Would this be a better choice?

Would be a very safe choice, yes. There could potentially be cheaper alternatives depending on where you are if you'd like to save money.
