Hi. System config: 9600x 9060 xt 16gb 32gb ddr5 2tb nvme ssd gigabyte b850 eagle wifi6e mobo antec c5 rm750e aqua elite v4 (yes i should not have gone with an aio and such a horrendous case, dreadful mistakes all around)

Bios is f6b

I have made sure all power cables are seated, the cable to the monitor is well attached, tried with only monitor, monitor definitely works, tried gpu and igpu, all connectors are very much plugged in, ram cpu and gpu are all very much seated, cpu led is on but i literally replaced the cpu to no avail, cleared cmos. cant check if gpu/ram work because im the first person in my family to even think about a pc pretty much. i don't want to do the only mobo ram cpu test unless its a last resort. i am very much considering simply returning everything atp but im not sure.

This sounds like a CPU issue based on the symptoms, but how did you find out what BIOS version the board has if it can't boot?

Do you get any response, fans, leds ? debug leds ?

It was a guess based on what I found when I looked it up.

Yeah I got fans and a cpu debug led.

After replacing cpu and mobo ive concluded it was a mobo issue as the cpu is getting hot. Before, it was stone cold
