So my laptop doesn't turn on after I did a cleaning and changed the thermal paste may I know what could be the issue

Something might have got damaged. Perhaps a small but important part that regulates power delivery on the motherboard got damaged or ripped off, or something got shorted.

I don't know how we can help, you better take it to a repair shop.

Thank you so much for your reply I actually reopened it again and there was nothing chiped off but I'll take it to the technician this laptop is all I have it's already 11 years still can't let it go
