So i bought my PC second hand a few years ago the guy build it in a Sharkoon TG4 and used its fans and a Corsair H100x AIO.

A week ago one of its fans started to wobble so i took it out and accidentally broke the RGB controller so i had to take that out too.

As Taskmanager says my CPU is an Intel CPU 0000 and does not show its temp i downloaded OpenHardwareMonitor and it showed my PC would run at 95 degrees while playing with 2 fans so i quickly stopped that.

I then got an ARCTIC P12 Max from Amazon. The temps didn't really go down and after that i found fans in the box of my AIO and now i use the P12 and the two from my AIO and it runs at 70-73 degrees with discord, spotify, browser etc.

Bios says my AIO runs at around 4200 rpm so i don't think its broken but i don't know what the problem could be

An AIO have a finite operating time. Even if you clean it regularly, the pump can wear out, the seals can leak and the liquid can evaporate.

What probably happened to your AIO is that enough liquid evaporated than the pump is now pumping air. It is also possible that some deposit created a clog and the pump can't circulate the liquid anymore.

Either way, you can check if the AIO is working by touching the two hoses from the CPU block. One should be hot and the other much cooler (not cold, but cooler than the other one). If this isn't the case then your pump isn't moving heat for a reason or another. Also, is there hot air coming out from your AIO radiator ?

Can you fix an AIO ? That depends on the model. Some AIOs can be refiled by a port but some are designed to never be opened. And if the pump is burnt out, it usually is cheaper to buy a new one.

Air coolers have improved a lot in a few years and depending on your CPU model, it may be a better choice to replace the AIO by an air cooler at this point. Their main advantage is durability. They also are usually quieter and easier to fix.

Hope that helps.
