windows 11 Windows/brave bugging out

Does anyone know why is this happening ? is this a windows problem or a brave problem?? should reinstall windows 11 ?

What's you guys advice ?

laptop specs:

i7 9850 vPro

32gigs ddr4 2666mhz ram

512 nvme crucial ssd

T1000 gpu

laptop hp zbook 15 g6

Probably a Windows issue.

 

Is Brave up to date? Windows up to date? Can you export the Brave profile? (Saved tabs, login info, etc) and reinstall brave and then import the backed up tabs, passwords, etc?

 

When was the last time you shut down the PC and just let it rest for 5 min?

What does your task manager look like? Is Brave "Not responding" or is it still functioning when you get this visual issue? Is Brave taking 100% of any resources? CPU, GPU, RAM, Internet?

cpu is not pinned at 100 percent anything,, just below or above 30 to 40 percent and background task pretty much zero, pc was was restarted 85 minutes ago and brave is not taking 100 percent of anything
