Question about sellers

Hello. I don't know if this is the correct place to put this, but I am a bit wary about a GPU I am planning on buying for a first PC build. I was planning on getting the XFX Swift OC RX 9060 XT 16gb for 360 dollars as it is 20 dollars cheaper than other sellers being only 10 dollars above MSRP. However, it is on the Newegg sellers market being sold by XFX. Should I be wary about this due to the recent controversy with Newegg?

Also this is slightly unrelated but this is the two fan version. Will that be adequate in terms of cooling?

Do you have a link to the actual card? 

 

Personally I avoid third party sellers like the plague. Is it XFX or someone using the XFX name? Random third party sellers generally mean warranty hassles / issues if you ever need the manufacturers warranty as they likely won't be an authorized retailer. 

 

I know $20 is $20, but these days that's barely covers the cost of a hamburger. My peace of mind is worth more than that.

I also will say, 20 dollars is important for me because I'm a minor who doesn't have a source of income (and can't in my state) and 20 dollars is pretty hard to come by lol.
