I am building inside the Lian Li 207 using an X670 Aorus Elite AX. The F Panel cable in the case doesn’t match with the pins on the motherboard, so I can’t turn it on. I am positive the motherboard and case are compatible, I had no issues with them, but the front panel cable doesn’t fit the part that powers it on. (in pictures you can see the cable has 4 on the bottom, 5 on top, while the motherboard had 3 on the bottom, and 4 on the top. Help me please.
(I am inexperienced but I have gone over the entire computer and I’m certain this is the only thing that prevents it from working.)

Give me a pic of the front panel  connector from the case, that shows the cables that comes out from it.

Front Panel pins are the left one mostly I think, the already connected ones move to the right.
I could be wrong as well though.

They are, I also have my cable plugged into the left, which is where the power button is. Yet it doesn’t turn on. I’m fairly confident the power supply is plugged into properly as well, and the pc itself is connected, so shouldn’t at least something turn on?

That's the pin layout of the front panel header of your motherboard.

Try plugging that connector so that the only two pins in that connector is plugged at the 2x Power Switch (PW+ and PW-) pins on the header

So these :

How? I just tried and I’m fairly certain I didn’t have it properly plugged in but I’m not quite sure how to plug in only those

I didn't mean JUST those two.

What I meant was to try and orient the whole connector so that those two ends up plugging into the Power switch pins on the header.

If that's not possible due to the blocked area on the 4 holes row, then you probably have to buy a male to female dupont cable  and use it as an adapter.

or if you want a quick try to see if the PC turns on without the use of the power button on the case.

Just use flathead screwdriver (or anything electrically conductive) to short the two power pins on the motherboard momentarily, and see if PC turns on.

looking the manual, I think that is a front USB connector.

Same pin-out.
