MSI B550 DRAM problem

I bought the parts for my computer and when I turn it on it doesn't enter the bios, and the white light "DRAM" appears on, I've tried changing the RAM slots, but without success

Do you have another set of ram sticks that you can try out?

What are the specs of the system? CPU model, exact motherboard model, and RAM speed? There are a lot of factors that could cause a DRAM LED error light.

Is the motherboard touching the case?  I noticed that there are no stand offs along the 24 pin side of the board.
