for those of you who use the same browser between all your devices (pc tablet phone whatever) (bonus points for the windows pc, ipad, iphone combo)

firefox is seeming to me like the beat option. I really dont wanna use chrome ive basically completely de-googled my life and im happy to keep it that way.

I was looking at arcbrowser but apparently they arent doing any more feature updates which seems disappointing.

@Legolic

Ungoogled Chromium which is Chrome without all the datamining stuff. There are open-source Github repos where you can check the code and the hashes to make sure if you install some binaries it won't be modified.

You have to install a specific crx file after enabling Developer mode to be able to add any extensions from the Chrome store, which are otherwise blocked. After you enable that special extension you can install others.

And either update manually or use some installer that adds an update checker.

Been running without any issues for months.

No idea, but there must be some Chromium builds for iOS. At least in the EU, Apple was forced to allow installing alternative browsers that are not based on the Blink engine since last year.

Otherwise, Apple is known for keeping their system as closed as possible. So if there isn't a ungoogled browser, that's 100% due to Apple blocking or making it extra hard for one to exist.

I love the Brave Browser, I know it's built on Chrominum so there is a level of Google Control but I am very happy with their search engine and very strong Brave Shields to block a lot of malicious content.
