I would like to upgrade my pc mainly my cpu and motherboard. I am thinking of making the switch from AMD to Intel after looking at parts myself. I Believe i am currently bottle necked due to my processer and motherboard and with these upgrades i had in mind i will be bottle necking due to my GPU but i will be upgrading that in the coming month anyway.

Id like to be able to play above 80 Fps on games as i currently own a 144Hz 1080p Monitor but looking to upgrade to a 244Hz 1440p Monitor (Not to be included in budget)

My current pc is as follows:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x Eight-Core Processor
Memory: Lexar THOR DDR4 RAM 32GB (2x16) 3200 Mhz

Motherboard: B450 gaming plus

Power Supply: CMPSU-650TX Corsair TX Series 650-Watts ATX 12V 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply

The parts i had in mind are:

CPU: Intel I7-14700k 20 Core Processor

Motherboard: MSI Z790 GAMING PLUS

Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 32 (2x16) 5200 Mhz

Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB CPU Air cooler

Any advice is greatly appreciated thank you in advance!

5700X3D is all you need. Much cheaper and the gaming performance is comparable to a 14700K https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/3ZKscf/amd-ryzen-7-5700x3d-3-ghz-8-core-processor-100-100001503wof

Correction: comparable to 14600k, which is faster and cheaper.
