Cursor Keeps Unlocking??

Put simply, whenever I play a game that goes first person, My cursor stays centered for a short bit, then I move it around, then it unlocks and goes around the screen, sometimes into my other monitor. The game however still responds to the moving cursor and moves my view with the cursor even though the cursor isn't centered. And it only resets when I go into the games pause menu.

Make sure you are playing in exclusive fullscreen, should lock the cursor to that window

not every game does that though, also doesnt work.
