I have ryzen 7 5700x cpu and in games like Rust, ARK and other with open world it heats up to 85℃. I guess there is a problem with pc case(not enough fans), thermal paste. When i was building this pc a thermal paste from my CPU fan was a bit dry. This paste was from Thermalright Peerless Assassin MINI 66.87 CFM CPU Cooler.

Is your 5700X running at stock settings, or did you enable PBO and thus raise the power limits?

I would think that cooler should be fine for the out-of-the-box 88W limit, but the 5700X can go up to 125W+ when PBO is enabled, which might be too much for a single fan dual-tower to handle, especially if the case airflow isn't good and if you don't have air conditioning in the summer.

Precision Boost Overdrive. Feature on AMD CPUs to boost performance, to put it simply.

Mind describing more of your setup? What kind of case do you have? You mentioned the included thermal past with the cooler was pretty dry, have you repasted it? If so, have you verified that the new application covers the entire heat spreader?

It's basically an AMD one-click overclocking feature. Turning it on in the BIOS or Ryzen Master lifts the stock power limits to let the CPU boost more aggressively. It usually results in a mild performance uplift at the cost of higher power draw.

If you didn't enable anything like that, then your CPU should be running at stock settings, which has an 88W power limit. That should be within the capabilities of that cooler.

What case do you have and what is the fan configuration? You can just post a picture if you're not sure on the model.

Im playing warhammer right now and i got 89 grad. this is my new record))).
Should i buy new case?
I have only 1 additional fan which blows air into the PC

What is the current case?

Knowing what case you have would be helpful for knowing whether to recommend you just buy a $5 fan or invest in a new $50 case.

Then buy a cheap paste tube and repaste it

And add a fan, remove the side panel

What is your ENTIRE spec list?  Everything in a PC generates heat, and in a case like that may not be easily removed.  That CPU cooler may be decent in a vacuum, but if the case is holding a lot of heat... you'll heatsoak that CPU Cooler.

Look at my sig and others, they show our entire setups.  Most of which are balanced and have decent cases and coolers working together to cool the PC.

In my main machine, I have 3 intake 140mm fans, a 360mm AIO exhausting out the top, 1 rear 120mm exhaust and 2 side 120mm intakes.  My PC heats my room very well, as it evacuates all the heat easily.

Not that you need much in the way of fans, but you need to know your setup better.  How does air flow thru that case?  How to get cold air in and hot out, like a hair dryer...
