hi guys so my specs are i5 13400f, 4060ti 16gb ,32gb teamgroup elite ddr4 ram ,b760m gaming x,samsung evo 870 1tb and kingston 480gb, pure power 11 700watts 80+gold,deepcool cc360 

my problem is that the pc freezes randomly not often but still, im getting WHEA event log 1 in event viewer and first i thought that my previous motherboard was the problem so i switched to b760m gaming x and now rhe freezes are rare i'd say.i have updated bios chipset intel MEI drivers and all that used ddu to fresh inatall graphic card drivers switched gpus switched psus tested ram in occt and memtest86 tested cpu in occt and the intel diagnostic thing and tbh i dont know what else can the problem be so can you guys please help me out?(edit: win 11 pro i dont have any xmp or oc on cpu and gpu and i have used hwinfo64 for 12v 5v 3.3v and temps and theyre good)

That Samsung 870 Evo, have you checked the health with their Samsung magician app? Can you use it to scan for any bad blocks with it?

If that drive were manufactured before 2023 it could fail because they were badly manufactured with the nand memory fails.

 

What piece of hardware does the WHEA complain about? It's usually an ID somewhere in the report, which you could lookup.
