My spcecs
CPU: i5 12400F

Mobo:Gigabyte h610 DSH

RAM: 16GBX2 DDR4 3200MHz XPG Adata

GPU: INNO3D 3060ti

PSU: Corsair RM850

Storage : 500GB Corsair P3 NvMe, WD 2TB HDD

OS: Win 11

The issue is like once I start the system, it gets stuck. sometimes display goes off,  gpu fans stop spinning, or sometimes display stays ON. This can happen randomly at any time. it can happen  at the BIOS screen, it can happen while loading OS, it can happen once system is in the OS and i am doing something or nothing at all. Have run multiple stress tests. sometimes all testes run smoothly. sometimes this issue again occurs. I am not sure what is happening.

Also one thing i noticed is, if I am running Furmark, when I toggle between background and the furry object like quickly, display goes off.

In all cases, the system keeps ON.

then when I restart, i get 5 short beeps. then again when I turn off and turn ON, system boots and the getting stuck scenario happens again.

Can someone please help me.

I have removed all the components, cleaned, repasted the CPU and GPU, temperatures are all minimum so there is no overheating at all.  I have good power through UPS  APC 1100VA.

5 short beeps from a Gigabyte motherboard could be something with the CPU or the power that's delivered to the CPU, or the motherboard itself.

If you have a spare, or can borrow a compatible CPU from a friend to test with that would be great.

If you also have a spare PSU or can borrow one to test with.

If you troubleshoot those 2 and still get it stuck then try troubleshoot other parts. The 3060ti would be next.
