Since the card is still fairly new, chances are they (SignalRGB) are still working on it.

Maybe try their BETA release.

 

Or hop into their discord channel and ask if there are workaround

Thanks definitely needed there help on that one tuns out I need to plug not included in the box cable to an ARGB header to get it work.
