Black Screen Reboot Issue

So I am having a power cycle reboot issue with my computer..

The issue I am having is when the room starts to get hot, my system will hard freeze then reboot, no blue screen, black screen then reboot.. Event viewer only tells me "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." I believe it to be a thermal issue but not sure of what or why.. The system will do this when the CPU is anywhere between 112F - 120F and the GPU between 90F to 140F.. The issue seems to get "fixed" when I remove the side panel and have a box fan blowing directly into the case.. I have no idea what it could be because the temps on the CPU and GPU don't seem to be the issue and iCUE is not reporting an issue either.. What could be causing this?

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z690 UD AX DDR4
CPU: i9 12900k ( cooler is a corsair 420 aio )
GPU: Aorus 3070ti Master ( stock cooler )
RAM: 16gb x 4 Vengeance Rgb Pro
PsU: SeaSonic 1200W

Add more/larger fans to the unit or watercooling, because you're not getting enough airflow and it's temperature throttling to protect itself.

With the present weather we've been having, leaving the side panels off and having an exterior fan blowing through is a good idea, just watch for dust and other airborne contaminates and check and clean your computer more often.

I'd go so far as to get one of those disposable paper furnace filters and tape it to the side with the fan for protection, not great but better than nothing
