Random freezing

Hi everyone, I need help with a rather strange issue:
My PC occasionally freezes momentarily, mostly while I'm gaming (lasting 2-3 seconds), but sometimes it also freezes while simply watching YouTube videos, lasting about 1/2 second. While gaming, the audio continues without any problem, but while watching videos, I notice some stuttering. I'm sure it's not a temperature issue (CPU max 60°C, GPU max 80°C), or a component bottleneck. Could you tell me if there's a way or a program that can create a log to help me understand what's causing the problem?

I already did a memtest and it doesn't give any error at all.

AMD Ryzen 5 5600 x
Nvidia RTX 3090
32GB RAM in dual channel
OS on 1TB NVMe
1000W PSU, protected by the newly purchased Atlantis UPS.

While you're playing something, maybe try having task manager open on the performance tab to see if anything spikes to 100%.

is there a way to capture in background task manager? I only have 1 monitor
