I am facing a weird problem in my Windows (Both Windows 10 and 11). At an interval of 30 minutes, a pop-up window appears and causes trouble for my other open windows. It popped up for a brief time, so I could not manage to find out what program is causing this issue. Actually, something is stealing focus from a current window. I have attached a screenshot where I found Windows PowerShell is open multiple times. Can someone give a solution to this weird problem?

Have you run a scan with an anti-virus program like Windows Defender? And then an anti-malware application like Malwarebytes?

If this isn't malicious software, it could be any number of pieces of software that need to use the command prompt to make something happen. An example on my system is Fan Control - which is a totally normal piece of software, but when it launches, updates, or re-launches, it will cause a command prompt to briefly flash on the screen.

Right click on the top column (CPU/Memory/Disk/etc) and enable Command.
Check what the actual command those powershell are running on that Command column.
